It's Tea Time is a feature where I review and talk about yummy, or not so yummy, teas that I try.

Here is the first one I've tried from this set.

Product Description:
Delicate white tea leaves plus a hint of pear and spicy ginger.
Tea Forté Ginger Pear white tea is sourced from the most famous tea region of China. This tea originates from the Da Bai tea bush which is harvested in the spring. This smooth white tea is infused with lemon balm, an herb that is a member of the mint family. It contributes a clean, fresh citrus profile and is believed to have strong soothing effects and to encourage relaxation. The Ginger brings a spicy note and blackberry leaves, mallow flowers and flavoring add a fruity dimension.

I had told my brother to pick one out of the box at random, because I wasn't sure which one I wanted to try first. It was just a little overwhelming.
I usually steep my teas longer than 2-4 minutes, mostly because I forget about it. So I do like my teas a little stronger than what they suggest.
I really like this tea, it's fruity and a little spicy. It's kind of sweet, but not too sweet (I don't like sweet tea much). I definitely taste the ginger, but it mostly tastes like pear and I feel like it's a great combination.
Even my husband liked it and he never likes my tea.
And good lord that smell is amazing. It has a very comforting sort of smell. It's sweet and fruity.

I think it was a great tea to start the box with.
