Ever since Finn was born, and even before then, we would read to him. We wanted to show him reading from an early age. Now he loves us to read the same books, over, and over, and over. But it is the sweetest thing, when he likes to pick out a book and climb into our laps.
What Finn Reads....
Don't Push The Button by Bill Cotter
There's only one rule in Larry's book: don't push the button.
(Seriously, don't even think about it!)
Even if it does look kind of nice, you must never push the button. Who knows what would happen?
Okay, quick. No one is looking... push the button.
Uh, oh.
What Finn Thinks....
This is one of Finn's absolutely favorite books. He knows exactly when to, and when not to, push the button. He knows how many times to push it, on each page. Sometimes though, he gets a little over zealous and just keeps pushing and pushing and pushing the button. He thinks it's especially funny, when he has to "tickle" Larry's tummy, and when he gets to shake the book to get rid of the extra Larry's. One of the things that I love about this book, is how interactive it is for him. It also has great colors and a cute monster, what could get any better?
Another book by this author we need to try
