Review:

I was entranced once again in Sora’s world. Just as good as the first, engaging, full of action and just a tad of romance seems to be forming.

Sora’s cat’s eye seemed to have saved her time and time again, but now she is having visions and embarks on a new journey with her friends form the first book.

Sora is still loveable. Her adventure, her survival, the killings, they all changed her, matured her but she still seems to a big heart. She can’t turn down the opportunity to save a life or to improve a life. She has learned to fight and is a little more warrior in this book. She knows that it is up to her to save her world and she is a bit scared but embraces her future and still finds time to laugh and love.

This book has a little more focus on Crash, we find out a little bit more of his past, but so much is still hidden. He seems to be growing a bit of heart in this book. He is opening up and is feeling more than he thought he was capable of.

We do have a new character in this book… Laina, she is spunky, a troublemaker, and bit to handle but I really like her. She is very young, just a child but has past she can’t escape.

We learn more in this book about the elements, the gods and goddesses, and the danger that surrounds the world. I liked this aspect of the story. I feel like I am a little bit more into the loop. So many things are revealed in this book, leading us up to the next. Still full of adventure and character growth, and laughs, and tears, I loved it just as much as the first.

I am enjoying this series very much and can’t wait till the next one comes out.
