Here's our monthly recap!
We decided to start doing a monthly recap. Since we post and read a ton we will highlight what our favorite things were and what we hope to read the upcoming month. If you would like to see all our posts, here are our weekly wrap-ups.
Do you like our new header? It's our monthly board that Jenn decorates and I put our recipes and important dates on.
Our Weekly Wrap-ups last month:

We have quite a few new features coming out too, that we've made the banners for. Some of the new ones include:
Confessions of a Bibliophile, where we post confessions.
Literary Noms, where I find recipes from books or recipes that make me think of the books.
Mini Reviews, exactly what it sounds like.
Board Game Break Time, where we will review board games.
Completely Series-ness, where we will take an ENTIRE series that we've read, review it, find fun stuff like fan art, quotes, discuss who should play the characters if they made it into a movie. I'm most excited about this one.
Some of my favorite posts from July:
Top Ten Tuesday: Red White and Blue
Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Books of 2018
Bookworms Wishlist: Beauty and the Beast

Books I hope to read in August
Jenn-
July was a much better month than June for somethings, but my reading went down a bit. I seem to to be in a slump and I am way behind on reviews. July, however, was good for board games, my work, and just a pretty good relaxing month.
The highlight of my month. My bestie has moved in one street over from me. YAY! So Exciting. I did do the Dewey's Reverse 24 Hour Read A Thon and finished 6 books. I am halfway done with my Summer Reading Challenge... a little bit over. I am hoping to finish in mid-August. That is my month in review.

So I didn't stick my July reading plan at all. The beginning of the month started really slow for me and I decided to go off script to get me out of a reading slump. I think I read three off my list. So funny. So here is my August plan.
