1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil

Jenn:
The salad was very colorful and yummy. It was a flavor explosion in my mouth. So yummy. I love fruit in salads and the dressing used was just super good with the fruit. It was tangy and sweet. The goat cheese always is a welcome addition and helped with the sweet in the salad. The pecans were the crunchy, always need a crunchy. It was an excellent summer meal. Easy and fast and so satisfying.
Ash-
We changed things up a bit, as we do with most recipes. Instead of the white balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and olive oil we got a creamy balsamic sauce that was amazing on the salad.
Not going to lie, I didn't like most of what was in the salad, so I made me on of lettuce, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, and blueberries. And holy cow it was absolutely delicious. Everyone else had everything in their salads and they seemed to really love it.
What's in it:
4 Slices sourdough bread
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, softened
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Serves 2

I love grilled cheese! Can’t go wrong there. Salads with fruit aren’t my favorite but they always look so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI don't like goat cheese but the rest of that salad looks really good.
