Weekly Wrap Up: April 12th-18th

Weekly Wrap-Up
Ash's week:
This week was mostly uneventful, I won a giveaway for a book and an amazon giftcard, and I also got $20 for the audible reading challenge. So I ordered books, obviously.

Other than that I've done a lot of reading, finished a couple orders, watched some movies.

On Thursday John went to the ER for stomach pain and his temp dropped to 94 degrees and then 93 degrees.

It was scary, they thought they saw a blockage and he might have to have surgery, but he didn't thank goodness.

But he did miss even more work.

We finished the bar 100% and we're going to work on the fence for the garden, the cabinet above the bar, and the palettes for the herb garden. That's the next projects we'll be doing, but we have quite a few that we want to get done during this time.

Friday they announced that the kids will not be going back to school, but we will continue to do online learning. So that's a lot of fun.

I would almost rather homeschool than wake up early, is that sad?

Here's some pictures from this week and some bookstagram pictures.

Also do the How Similar Are You To Ash bingo card above. Do it.

I read four books last week!!!! Woot. That feels good. Still no where close to where I want to be... but I am getting there... more importantly I blogged and I reviewed and I participated in 8 posts. Double Woot!

So this week I worked, I played lots of games. It was my hubby's birthday Saturday so we celebrated with ribs, games, and root beer floats. YUM!

I also picked out some colors for paining my walls. Not sure when I will go get the paint... but I have been trying to pick out colors forever. Also I am only going to paint the smaller rooms.... laundry room, powder room, den and dining room. Maybe the kitchen and living room... have not decided. The hall has really high walls and its a hard no for the stair way... not even sure how to do that without hurting myself. So we shall see how far I get with that. This quarantine is making me want to do home projects.

This week I do have a goal of 4 mile walks a day. Split up or all at once. Either way I have been behind on my walking so it's my goal this week.

My reading goal this week... 5 books. I can do this.

  1. Good luck with your daily walking, Jenn! I like to split up my exercise so it doesn't feel like so much.
