Introducing Wee Reads!!
I love to read to my Grandson. He will bring us a book, crawl into our laps, and ask us to read. He also reads himself well... we think that is what he does. He loves books and he has some he loves, some he is so-so about, and some he really doesn't seem to care for. So my new feature will feature the toddler board books that he loves and as he grows so will the books we read to him.
What Finn Reads....
Robots, Robots Everywhere! by Sue Fliess and Bob Staake (Illustrations)
On the ground and in the air, Robots, robots everywhere!
Up in space, beneath the seas,/Robots make discoveries . . .
So begins this rollicking Little Golden Book featuring robots of all kinds, from ones up in space to the ones we use at home. With bold, colorful artwork by award-winner Bob Staake, it's a perfect introduction to the fascinating subject of today's real robots!
What Finn Thinks....
This book is so much fun and it is very colorful. Finn really looks at the pictures in these books. There is so much to see. His favorite.... the robots that milk the cow. There are a few more words per page than some of his other books so there are times he gets a little impatient and turns the page before I am done reading, but he still loves them. A great addition to any board book library.
What a cute post! I love this. I believe reading is a MUST for little ones. We have to plant that reading bug early!
