Wee Reads: A Rainy Day with Hedgehog and Rabbit by Pablo Albo

Ever since Finn was born, and even before then, we would read to him. We wanted to show him reading from an early age. Now he loves us to read the same books, over, and over, and over. But it is the sweetest thing, when he likes to pick out a book and climb into our laps.

Hedgehog and Rabbit. Discover the RainA Rainy Day with Hedgehog and Rabbit by Pablo Albo

Hedgehog and Rabbit were in the garden. Rabbit was eating cabbages, and Hedgehog was looking for snails. A drop of water falls on Hedgehog and Rabbit and the whole sky turns gray. What's going on? Who's thrown water at them? Will the hens know? Perhaps the owls will have an idea...

Do you like this book?

Yeah because I love hedgehogs and rain!

What's your favorite part of the book?

When they get rained on and then they talk with the owls. The owls are confused! And one of them fell asleep.

What do you think of the cover?

I like the hedgehog and the bunny!

This is quite an interesting book. Hedgehog and Bunny are in the garden when it starts to rain! They don't know what rain is. So they begin asking other animals. Once they find out what rain is, they decide to wait until it stops. Well it doesn't stop for a while and they fall asleep.
Then when they wake up it's morning!

I don't really know what to make of this book. I didn't care for it, and the formatting was off. I think it's supposed to be a graphic novel? There was speech bubbles but no words in the bubbles.

Anyway, the artwork is cute, it looks like a little kid drew it (The art style, not saying because it's not well done.) and it's cute.
