Introducing Wee Reads!!

I love to read to my Grandson.  He will bring us a book, crawl into our laps, and ask us to read. He also reads himself well... we think that is what he does. He loves books and he has some he loves, some he is so-so about, and some he really doesn't seem to care for. So my new feature will feature the toddler board books that he loves and as he grows so will the books we read to him. 



What Finn Reads....

Little Blue Truck by Alice Schertle and Illustrated by Jill McElmurry

What Finn Thinks....

Finn loves this book. We have had the book for about a year now and he just now started getting into the book. Its a book about a little blue truck and his friends. A book about helping others, so its really good for the little ones. The illustrations are very cute and the writing is good. It has lots of animals and animals sounds. Just what a toddler needs to stay interested. It really is one of Finn's favorites now. These are great for the age of 2-4 I think. There are quite a few words. Sometimes Finn skips pages. :) 

Here are some other books about little blue truck. I am ordering another one just today for my little bug.
