Top Ten Tuesday: Covers to Talk About

Top Ten is an original feature/weekly meme originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl that features a great bookish top ten every week.

This week's TTT was supposed to be a cover freebie.
Ash-
I already did a Cover Up for prettiest covers of January 2020
But I think I'll do my favorite creepy covers of 2020 (Just ten of them! It will be hard to pick) because I'm on a horror kick as usual.

  3. Some interesting covers, I especially like Hexis and Deasly Curious.

  4. My goodness that's some selection from you both. They say never judge a book by its cover and yet ...

And yet without knowing anything about them I so want to read The Deep, Seasons Of the Storm and Deadly Curious and am so put off Harrow Lake, Horrid and Crescent City ... its an eye (or lack of eyes) thing.

  5. So many gorgeous covers! I really like the ones for Dark and Deepest Red and Maas’s Crescent City.

  6. Looks like you both love The Deep. Oooh, good horror picks, Ash. The ones where the eyes are covered creep me out the best. Love the silhouette ones, Jenn.

  7. Ooh nice themes!! I am SUPER curious about The Deep! Though I struggled with the author in the past, so I am a tad hesitant to pick it up. Maybe I'll try the library for that one! Horrid still gives me chills but I am still curious about it too! Lol!

Super curious/exited for Cosimano's new book! I still have a back title or two of hers to read post Nearly. Where Dreams Descend is in my review pile and of course I too am excited for Maas' foray into adult reads! Though the sheer size of that one has me feeling anxious since I can't binge read for a day anymore! Lol!

    Great picks all around!

    Here's my Tuesday Post

    Have a GREAT day!

  8. It so odd. I love baby dolls, but it's so easy for them to look creepy.

  9. I love that The Deep showed up on both of your lists! And it made mine, as well. 😍

  10. Yikes! THE DEEP and HARROW LAKE are super creepy. As for CLOWNS IN A CORN FIELD, I don't even need to see a cover - I'm creeped out just by the title!

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
